Elaro
Origin — Jakarta, 2021

A resource assembled from the inside out.

Elaro began not as a brand strategy but as a personal audit — a careful examination of what an active man in Jakarta actually consumed each day, and where the gaps in a structured but imperfect diet most consistently appeared.

The Foundation

It started with a gap in the daily nutrient record.

The individual behind Elaro spent several years working in nutritional consultancy in Jakarta before identifying a consistent pattern: men with genuinely active routines — training three or four times weekly, travelling regularly, maintaining long working hours — were rarely meeting their magnesium or zinc reference values through diet alone. The deficit was not dramatic. It was quiet, cumulative, and largely unacknowledged.

The available supplement market offered two options: supplement-grade-style formulations that overstated their claims, or broad multivitamins that diluted meaningful concentrations across too many ingredients. Neither addressed the specific nutritional profile of the active urban man with a structured weekly routine.

Elaro was designed to occupy the space between those two inadequate options — precise, documented, and honest about what nutrition supplementation can and cannot do.

"The mineral profile of a man who trains four days a week, travels for work, and sleeps less than he should — that was the starting point. Not a market segment. A person."

What We Stand For

Four principles that govern everything produced under the Elaro name.

Principle 01

Label Accuracy

Every value printed on an Elaro label corresponds to an independently verified batch result. Where concentrations shift at any point in the supply chain, the labelling is revised before the product reaches the consumer. No nominal figures. No aspirational values.

Principle 02

Documented Sourcing

Active ingredients are sourced from suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards and whose supply chains include a certificate of origin. Elaro does not use anonymous commodity ingredient pools. Each source is named, audited, and reviewed annually.

Principle 03

Research Transparency

Every nutrient role described in Elaro communications is accompanied by a reference to published nutritional literature. No proprietary blend claims. No undisclosed ingredient ratios. The methodology section of this resource lists the primary research documents informing each formulation.

Principle 04

Scope Restraint

Elaro does not make structural health claims, does not position its compositions as alternatives to qualified nutritional guidance, and does not describe outcomes that fall outside the documented role of the nutrients it contains. What the formulation does is described. What it does not do is not implied.

Production Record

From first formulation to current range.

2021 — Q1

Initial Formulation Research

A six-month review of nutritional research literature, focusing on zinc, magnesium, vitamin D3, and B12 across populations of active adult men in tropical climates with variable sun exposure. Supplier identification began in parallel.

2021 — Q4

First Production Batch

Elaro Foundation completed its first verified production batch. Independent review confirmed elemental concentration within stated tolerance. The batch code system was implemented at this stage, enabling full traceability from supplier to final unit.

2022 — Q2

Elaro Restore — Development

The Restore composition entered formulation development, responding to feedback from initial users regarding the post-effort phase of their weekly routine. Iron and CoQ10 were added to the active ingredient review process, each assessed for bioavailability and labelling accuracy.

2023 — Q1

Elaro Endure — Launch

The Endure composition entered the range, completing the three-composition daily protocol. Selenium and plant-extract CoQ10 sourcing was finalised with a regional supplier offering full origin documentation and food-grade facility certification.

2024 — Q3

Verification Programme Expansion

A second independent review facility was added to the verification programme, providing comparative batch assessment across both production runs and raw material deliveries. Revision 04-B of the internal documentation standard was issued and archived.

2025 — Present

Continued Research Review

An annual review of published nutritional literature informs any revision to formulation concentrations. No changes have been made to the core composition since the 2023 range completion; the stability of the formulation reflects confidence in the underlying ingredient selection.

A Note on Scope

What Elaro is, and what it is not.

Elaro is an independent wellness resource focused on everyday nutrition and active lifestyle practices for men. The content is not affiliated with any governmental or institutional body.

We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.

Ingredient profiles in Elaro supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy.
