When you submit the contact form, Elaro collects the name, email address, and message content you enter. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not added to any mailing list, sold to third parties, or retained beyond the period required to address your question.
Automatically Collected Information
When you access this resource, standard web server logs capture your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages accessed, along with timestamps. This data is used for operational purposes — understanding traffic patterns, identifying errors, and maintaining site security. It is not used to build individual profiles.
How It Is Used
Information collected through this resource is used for the following purposes only:
- Responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form
- Maintaining site security and identifying technical errors

Storage and Retention
Contact form submissions are stored on secure servers located in Indonesia. Access is restricted to the Elaro team members responsible for responding to enquiries. Submissions are retained for a period of twelve months from the date of receipt, after which they are permanently deleted.
Server log data is retained for a period of ninety days on a rolling basis. Logs older than ninety days are automatically purged. No server log data is archived beyond this period unless required to investigate a specific security incident.
Third Parties
Elaro does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. This resource makes use of the following third-party services that may process data as a consequence of your visit:
An embedded map on the contact page is served by Google. Viewing that map may result in data being sent to Google's servers. Refer to Google's privacy documentation for details of their data handling practices.
Typography on this resource is served via Google Fonts. Font file requests may result in your IP address being transmitted to Google's servers. This is a standard behaviour of web font delivery.
JavaScript and CSS libraries used on this resource are served from content delivery networks including jsDelivr and Cloudflare. These providers may log IP addresses as part of standard network infrastructure activities.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to personal information Elaro holds about you, to request its correction, and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request". Elaro will respond within fourteen working days.
Where Elaro holds no personal information about you beyond server logs, a deletion request will be acknowledged but may not result in the removal of anonymised log entries that cannot be attributed to a specific individual.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in how this resource operates or changes in applicable law. The revision date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated.
Continued use of this resource after a policy revision constitutes acknowledgement of the updated terms. If the changes are material, a notice will be placed on the homepage for a period of thirty days following the revision.
